Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to reduce psychosocial stressors and optimize human performance among military personnel and their families.
- Provide psychological consultation, education, and training to military commanders, mental health professionals, and medical staff.
- Conduct psych diagnostics assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of military culture and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work in any U.S. state or territory.

Salary and Benefits: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location: RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth, England.
