Job Description:

This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to mitigate psychosocial stressors and risks.
  • Provide psychological consultation, education, and training to military commanders/senior leaders.
  • Conduct psychodiagnostic assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • A current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least two years of experience as an independent licensed clinical social worker.

Salary Range:$85,000 - $115,000 per year.
