Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Operations Associate to join our team in the Primary Care Dental Service Department at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW).

In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient coordination support for the department, working from an external community site or occasionally covering other departments according to service needs.

You will play a key role in promoting and ensuring a professional and positive working environment for patients attending a UHBW dental community department across the Bristol, Bath and Weston area.

This includes managing waiting lists, organising clinics and patient appointments, and performing daily administrative tasks associated with the daily management of an outpatient setting and reception area.
