Healthcare Operations Assistant

We are seeking a Patient Liaison specialist to join our team in the healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience of working in a busy, customer-facing role. They will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining excellent relationships with staff at various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- To update patient information as necessary.
- Electronically arrive patients on the computerised tracking system.
- Process requests for interpreters and/or hospital transport services.
- Navigate patients to clinical areas using the electronic tracking system.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience.
- Experience of working in a busy, customer-facing role.
- Awareness of data protection regulations.
- Ability to work within a team and maintain excellent relationships with staff at various levels.
