Senior Care Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Lead to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a unit, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for shift handovers
- Issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting residents with personal care duties and building relationships with residents, families, and external teams
Requirements:
- NVQ3 in care or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
