Bank Senior Care Lead

At Barchester Healthcare, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You'll also support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, and care plans. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.
We're looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. It's essential that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A warm heart, compassion, and a commitment to individualised care are must-haves for this role.
