About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer issues and escalate complaints to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Support customers through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and webchat.
  • Build strong relationships with customers of all backgrounds, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in escalating customer complaints and managing challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of the new build/construction industry and/or dealing with aftercare/new build warranty defects (desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administration experience (essential).
  • A driving licence with your own car (preferred).
