Job Description

AESC UK is seeking a highly organised Change Management Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be responsible for coordinating change throughout the organisation and ensuring accountability of each function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking of incoming change requests and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Assessing current project scope and reporting the impact of changes on project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Facilitating change control meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration with global teams to align roll out of change management procedures.
  • Reviewing and updating change processes, and coordination of change management training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' proven experience in project management, with a focus on change management, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
  • Degree qualified to a relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is beneficial.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels and prioritising multiple functions to agree upon the most appropriate solution.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide change throughout the organisation.
  • Ability to review project financial assessments and adapt to urgent changes.
