Change Management Specialist

AESC UK is seeking a talented Change Management Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of change throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and coordinate change requests across various functions, ensuring accountability and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess project scope and report on the impact of changes on schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate change control meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align the roll-out of change management procedures.
  • Review and update change processes, and coordinate change management training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in change management, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant degree qualification.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, priorities, and multiple functions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide change throughout the organisation.
  • Ability to review project financial assessments and adapt to urgent changes.
  • Highly organised and able to coordinate others.
