Change Management Specialist

AESC UK is seeking a talented Change Management Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of change throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and coordinate change requests across various functions, ensuring accountability and regulatory compliance.
- Assess project scope and report on the impact of changes on schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Facilitate change control meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with global teams to align the roll-out of change management procedures.
- Review and update change processes, and coordinate change management training.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in change management, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
- Relevant degree qualification.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, priorities, and multiple functions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide change throughout the organisation.
- Ability to review project financial assessments and adapt to urgent changes.
- Highly organised and able to coordinate others.
