As part of AESC UK's expansion, we are recruiting a Change Implementation Specialist. This role will suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working with various functions from engineering and quality to construction and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and coordinating changes throughout the organisation to ensure accountability among different functions.
  • Evaluating project scope and assessing the impact of changes on project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitating change control meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborating with global teams to align the implementation of change management procedures.
  • Reviewing and updating change processes, as well as coordinating change management training.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, preferably in change management, business administration, engineering, or related fields.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 is beneficial.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across various levels.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple functions to achieve the most suitable solution.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide change throughout the organisation.
  • Capacity to review project financial assessments.
  • Adaptability in responding to urgent changes and reprioritising tasks.
  • Highly organised both personally and when coordinating others.
  • Understanding of developing change integration plans with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
