Change Implementation Specialist

As part of AESC UK's expansion, we are recruiting a Change Implementation Specialist. This role will suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working with various functions from engineering and quality to construction and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and coordinating changes throughout the organisation to ensure accountability among different functions.
- Evaluating project scope and assessing the impact of changes on project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Facilitating change control meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborating with global teams to align the implementation of change management procedures.
- Reviewing and updating change processes, as well as coordinating change management training.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, preferably in change management, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
- Degree-qualified in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 is beneficial.
- Experience managing stakeholders across various levels.
- Ability to prioritise multiple functions to achieve the most suitable solution.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide change throughout the organisation.
- Capacity to review project financial assessments.
- Adaptability in responding to urgent changes and reprioritising tasks.
- Highly organised both personally and when coordinating others.
- Understanding of developing change integration plans with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
