Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side Sales

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side Sales to lead our team in the EMEA and APAC regions. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in these markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales managers and individual contributors to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and business development, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects in the financial services industry.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management and buy-side sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in EMEA and APAC regions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
