Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side Sales

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side Sales to lead our team in the EMEA and APAC regions. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales managers and individual contributors to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Broadridge's presence in the international buy-side market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives and other key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business development, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure Broadridge remains competitive and compliant.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management and buy-side sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional international travel.
