Job Title: Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side Sales

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side Sales to lead our sales team in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales managers and individual contributor segment (enterprise) sales executives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve overall sales goals
  • Collaborate with Broadridge's business and Global sales leaders to optimize client engagement and sales results
  • Provide leadership to the international buy-side Sales organisation's management team
  • Align the sales organisation's objectives with Broadridge's International strategy
Requirements:
  • Extensive sales experience, with five or more years of sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the sales managers and associates responsible for delivering sales results
  • Extensive sales experience in the financial services/asset management industry
  • Ability to travel (40%)
  • Excellent written English
  • Other European languages (value-add)
