Job Title: Youth Worker

Location: Scunthorpe

Work Type: Temporary, 4 hours per week – 4.45pm – 6.45pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays with occasional overtime in school holidays
Pay Rate: £11.44 p/h

We are seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join our team at The Arc in Westcliffe, Scunthorpe. The successful candidate will work directly with children and young people, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality youth work services to children and young people
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families
3. Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver effective youth services

Requirements:
1. Experience working with children and young people
2. A strong understanding of youth work principles and practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
