We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Youth Worker to join our team at North Lincolnshire Council. As an Assistant Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in your community.

This is a rewarding role that requires passion, creativity, and the ability to connect with young individuals. You will be working with a team to deliver a range of activities and programmes that support the development of young people.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, inspiring, and an excellent role model. You should have skills or interests in art, music, cookery, or sport, and be able to talk with young people in an open and honest manner.

As an Assistant Youth Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with young people to deliver activities and programmes
  • Supporting the development of young people through one-to-one work and group sessions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver programmes
  • Engaging with young people and their families to understand their needs and aspirations
