We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Youth Worker to join our team at North Lincolnshire Council. As an Assistant Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in your community.

This is a rewarding role that requires passion, creativity, and the ability to connect with young individuals. You will be working with a team to deliver a range of activities and programmes that promote the well-being and development of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with young people to identify their needs and develop programmes to meet those needs
  • Deliver activities and programmes that promote the well-being and development of young people
  • Work with colleagues to develop and implement youth services
  • Provide support and guidance to young people
  • Contribute to the development of youth services and programmes

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with young people and build positive relationships
  • Knowledge of youth development principles and practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
