**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
An experienced Parts Advisor / Stores coordinator, methodical in their approach to inventory control with great IT skills to ensure our stock management system is fully utilised. You will be:

- Regular and accurate utilisation of our RTDMS (ERP) system for all activities
- Raising purchase orders for goods
- Sourcing quotations from suppliers and sourcing the most cost effective and suitable solution
- Managing the timescale of incoming deliveries
- Managing digital and paper records of goods received
- Managing digital records and job cards of materials issued to production
- Unloading and correct storage of deliveries
- Updating of the Ecommerce site
- Communicating with suppliers regularly to ensure clarity of deliveries is maintained
- Communicating with customers face to face, over the phone and online to ensure the correct parts are delivered in the required timescales
- Issuing of Health & Safety items and recording accordingly in the relevant H & S folder
- Purchasing of tools for production & management of their entry onto the shop floor (tooling registers)
- Data entry into production files (Master Jobs Files)
- Prep goods for dispatch
- Day to day stock control and rotation

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

The successful person will be trustworthy, methodical, IT confident and motivated to deliver a great service to our customers (internal and external). You will have:

- Solid experience using ERP systems
- FLT certificate
- Good understanding of H&S in the workplace
- Excellent IT skills, eager to learn a new system
- Clean communicator

- stock control: 3 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 2 years (preferred)
