  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure seamless food delivery and efficient service operations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, and staff performance, using data to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and control payroll costs, minimizing waste and maximizing gross profit
  • Collaborate with the Events Team to ensure effective event management and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
