Role Overview
Future Education in Richmond Upon Thames is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support teachers and help students reach their full potential. As a compassionate and motivated individual, you will play a vital role in the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

We are a welcoming and inclusive school that values teamwork, creativity, and a passion for education. In this role, you will assist with classroom activities, work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional help, and contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
• Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and enjoys working with children. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for this role. A willingness to adapt to the student's needs and support the wider school community is highly valued.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
