Educational Learning Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a learning support assistant at a primary school in Richmond Upon Thames, London. The role is ideal for those who want to work closely with children and make a difference in their educational journey.
About the School:
The school is a two-form entry primary school that requires support in Key Stage 1 (KS1). The pupils are lovely and enthusiastic, making it an excellent environment for someone to develop their skills as a learning support assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom
- Assist with planning and preparation of educational materials
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £90-£95 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we can provide training support for those who require assistance with the KS1 curriculum.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (based on 40 hours/week)
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine interest in education and a valid DBS certificate (or be willing to process one). A good understanding of the KS1 curriculum would be beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided.
