We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Creative Learning Facilitator to join our team at the Wayman Learning Trust. As an integral part of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching Art to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • In this role, you will contribute to the development of a comprehensive Art curriculum that covers various media and styles, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and digital art.
  • You will also lead art clubs, organize exhibitions, and provide support to students in their artistic pursuits as part of the school's extracurricular program.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Art education.
  • A strong understanding of art history, theory, and practice, along with experience in a range of artistic media and techniques.
  • An ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities, making learning fun and engaging.
  • A commitment to the school's Catholic ethos and values.
