Pedagogical Art Facilitator

Role Description

As a Pedagogical Art Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging and inspiring Art lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, fostering creativity, developing artistic skills, and preparing students for success in art examinations and competitions.

Key responsibilities include planning and assessing Art lessons, developing students' artistic skills, preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the school's arts program and exhibitions.

To be successful in this role, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a related subject, strong artistic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and motivate students, and commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
