About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Art lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, fostering creativity and developing artistic skills in students. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to prepare students for success in art examinations and competitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Art lessons.
  • Develop students' artistic skills and creativity.
  • Prepare students for success in GCSE and A-Level Art examinations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and innovative learning environment.
  • Contribute to the school's arts program and exhibitions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a related subject.
  • Strong artistic skills and a passion for art education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
