We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Richmond office, providing critical support to the Property Manager and driving business success.

This role involves managing property portfolios, resolving queries, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Optimization: Analyze property portfolios, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Query Resolution**: Respond promptly to property management queries, providing timely solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Manager and other teams to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction.

Our Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
