About the Role:

The Salesforce Delivery team at Aviva plc is seeking a skilled DevOps professional with a background in Salesforce development to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping us develop and improve our Salesforce capabilities across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient processes for Salesforce development using tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve agile software development practices and ensure seamless integration with Azure DevOps services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for infrastructure management and monitoring.
  • Work closely with the team to implement monitoring and logging tools for tracking the health, performance, and availability of Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile delivery, version control, and change management disciplines.

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
