About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional with a background in Salesforce to join our Salesforce Delivery team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for helping us develop Salesforce capability across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient processes using Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve software development using agile methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos.
  • Implement monitoring and logging tools to track the health, performance, and availability of Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Work with the team to improve processes and implement best practices.
What We Offer
  • Circa £50,000 - £60,000 salary, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Bonus opportunity of 10% of annual salary, depending on performance and Aviva's.
