About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce/Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Salesforce Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Salesforce capabilities across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient processes using Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve software development processes and implement agile delivery methodologies.
  • Monitor and log Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile delivery, version, and change control disciplines.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
