About the Role:

The Aviva team is seeking a skilled Salesforce/Azure DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our Salesforce Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Salesforce capabilities across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient processes using Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve software development and delivery using agile methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos.
  • Implement monitoring and logging tools to track the health, performance, and availability of Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Work with tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to ensure seamless integration and automation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000 - £60,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • A bonus opportunity of up to 10% of annual salary, based on performance and company results.
