About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional with a background in Salesforce to join our Salesforce Delivery team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce capabilities across various business areas, working closely with our DevOps resources to improve processes and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines, as well as in-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos. Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash, for automation tasks and infrastructure management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce capabilities across various business areas
  • Collaborate with DevOps resources to improve processes and efficiency
  • Design and implement Azure YAML pipelines and Azure DevOps services
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation tasks and infrastructure management
  • Monitor and log Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of circa £50,000 - £60,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. You will also be eligible for a bonus opportunity of 10% of your annual salary, based on performance and Aviva's results. In addition, you will receive a generous pension scheme, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and the option to buy or sell up to 5 days. You will also have access to up to 40% discount on Aviva products and other retailer discounts, as well as up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan.
