About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional with a background in Salesforce to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Salesforce Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Salesforce capabilities across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient processes using Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve software development and delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos, to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Monitor and log Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge in DevOps and Salesforce.

  • A competitive salary of circa £50,000 - £60,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • A bonus opportunity of up to 10% of annual salary, based on performance and Aviva's results.
