About Premier Work Support

We are a multi-product logistics company looking for a highly skilled WMS Systems Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the WMS system, running reports, and performing general systems administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement WMS system changes to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  2. Analyze trends and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  3. Track contracts and maintain accurate records to prevent missed deadlines or compliance issues.
  4. Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality services.
  5. Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with WMS systems and multi-product environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
