Support Worker for Students with SEN

Role Description: We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Supply Register. In this role, you will work closely with the schools' SENCO to provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive tailored assistance to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement IEPs and accommodations for students with SEN.
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Requirements: A degree in education or a related field is desirable, as is previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
