Support Individuals with Mental Health Needs

At Newcross Healthcare, we believe that compassionate care can transform lives. As a Mental Health Support Worker in St Stephens, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to children and adults experiencing mental health challenges.

About the Role
  • Deliver clinical and social care, customised to the specific needs of each individual.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Manage and respond to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide critical support during times of crisis, helping clients navigate difficult moments.
  • Empower clients to live as independently as possible, building their confidence and skills.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
  • The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges (preferred, but not essential as full training is provided).
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
