**Job Description**

The role of a Care Assistant involves providing high-quality care to residents in a safe and respectful manner. You will communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure their needs are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall well-being of residents. This includes assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing and dressing, and promoting independence.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work flexibly and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents.

A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. We encourage applicants with relevant experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
