About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and bathing
- Provide companionship and support to help clients maintain their independence and well-being
- Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and light housework
- Accompany clients on outings and activities to help them stay engaged and connected with their community
