Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
  • Participate in leisure and social activities to enhance the overall experience of our residents.
