About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in Social and Emotional (SEMH) needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting children across Key Stage 1 and 2. Your responsibility will be to ensure they engage with the curriculum and succeed in their learning environment. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional support.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with classroom teachers to support children with SEMH needs
- Develop and implement strategies to help students engage with the curriculum
- Collaborate with the Senco team to ensure comprehensive support for students with SEMH needs
