We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow and Records Administrator to join our team at KineticPlc. This 9-12 month contract will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skills in document management and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately maintain and organize documents to ensure seamless workflow
  • Utilize an electronic document management system to efficiently store, index, and retrieve documents
  • Convert paper documents to digital format by scanning and optimizing files for easy access
  • Evaluate documents for compliance and maintain accurate records of outdated versions
  • Distribute documents and notify relevant parties in a timely manner
  • Develop master document templates and provide training to employees on effective use
  • Prepare and update document control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards
  • Maintain a high level of organization and communication with departments to facilitate correct document flow

The successful candidate will also support the Operational Excellence team, provide general administration assistance, and collaborate with the facility management team to ensure maintenance and compliance.

Estimated Salary:

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
