We are seeking a PA and Governance Administrator to provide high-quality support to our Chair and Trust Secretary. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and preparing minutes.

Your role will involve providing an efficient administration and clerical service to our Corporate Governance Team. This includes maintaining effective systems for recording and responding to queries, supporting the provision of an efficient administration and clerical service, and enabling the Chair, Non-Executive Directors, and Corporate Governance Team to fulfill their roles effectively.

You will have significant experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop personal credibility with managers. You must also be able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, dealing with interruptions and prioritizing tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will have a duty and responsibility to comply with all components of the policies and procedures within our organisation, including the Trust's Infection Prevention and Control Policy, Data Quality, Information Governance, and Risk Management Policies.

Key Responsibilities:
