Job Description

We are recruiting for a Workflow and Records Manager to join our team at KineticPlc. This is a temporary 9-12 month contract position to cover maternity leave at one of our client sites in Heaton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow and record keeping of electronic and hard copy documents for projects and the business, utilizing an electronic document management system to index, store, and retrieve documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage document workflows
  • Utilize an electronic document management system to maintain accurate records
  • Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage
  • Verify document compliance and archiving procedures
  • Distribute documents and notify relevant parties
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures
  • Provide training to employees on document management best practices
  • Collaborate with the facility management team on maintenance and compliance issues

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will support the Operational Excellence team, provide general administration support, and contribute to maintenance and compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Document Control role
  • Experience working in an engineering/production environment dealing with documentation
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
