Marketing Manager

Croudace Homes Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our overall marketing strategy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving standardisation and consistency across the group and externally for all aspects of marketing. This will involve conducting research on customer preferences, competitor activities, and demographic trends to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact the company's marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Strategy Reports: Develop and present marketing strategy reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Digital Media Management: Manage the company's digital media presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Show Homes & Marketing Suites: Ensure that all marketing suites and show homes meet high standards in presentation and align with the company's brand identity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the marketing team, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a related discipline, CIM qualified would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience within the new homes industry, with responsibility for leading a team and managing a busy marketing function.
  • Proficient user of IT, including Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
  • Relevant experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies within budget to support the achievement of company targets.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong skills in writing and editing content for a variety of media, along with confident presentation abilities.
