About the Role

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Progressor to join our team. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for progressing reservations to exchange and legal completion within the company agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update sales progress activity in Keys, ensuring all plot records are up to date with accurate information.
  • Liaise with the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Marketing Manager to manage Keys – Dynamics 365 Database from Coming Soon until site sales presence.
  • Proactively communicate with the Sales Director on a daily/weekly basis to ensure conveyancing and plot progression issues are addressed, ensuring completions targets are achieved.
  • Ensure new developments are set up with the legal teams in readiness for the first sales release.
  • Obtain management proposals from managing agents and set up management companies.
  • Ensure contracts are issued by company solicitors within the agreed timescales and with the correct plans/information.
  • Liaise with other Vistry departments to ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Produce weekly sales progression trackers for the sales team.
  • Keep in touch with the sales team and customers, updating them on their purchase and advising them of actions they need to take.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and other Vistry departments to deal with any issues that arise.
  • Attend weekly sales/build meetings and forecast expected exchanges, providing reasons for delays on overdue contracts.
  • Report on KPIs, including outstanding contracts, time taken to achieve exchange, upcoming legal completions.
  • Generate general letters/memos, such as pre-contract meeting letters, 35-day intention to complete letters, and welcome letters.
  • Complete extensive lists of weekly and monthly reports, including reservations, outstanding missives, legal completion statistics, data schedules, revenues, availability, releases, costs, deposits, etc.
  • Progress part exchange resales to exchange and legal completion, liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and external teams.
  • Present a positive image of Vistry Group PLC through all dealings with purchasers.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, as required, to meet the needs of the department.
  • Provide a service of excellence, developing opportunities for customer feedback and involvement to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Develop effective working relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, Homes England, lenders, sales teams, and Vistry departments.
  • Attend and contribute to regional meetings as required.
  • Develop good working relationships with company solicitors.
