Job Title: Account Development Manager - Beauty Retail

ELEMIS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in beauty retail sales and account management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • NQV Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar retail role with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
