Neighbourhood Housing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver an excellent service for residents and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • Improve resident satisfaction, build trust, and ensure residents have a home they are happy in.
  • Be the primary relationship holder with residents living in homes on your patch, covering around 500-600 homes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building relationships with people and communicating well with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to problem solve, with a can-do attitude and motivation to keep promises to residents.
  • Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a complex workload while adhering to important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Valid license and access to a car for work use.
