About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as primary school teaching assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
  • Work with small groups or individually with students to provide additional support
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications for teaching assistants
  • Flexibility and ability to work on short notice
  • Availability for at least 2 full days per week (8:15 am - 3:30 pm)
  • Ability to establish relationships with pupils quickly
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant in a primary school (Secondary teaching assistants transitioning to primary are welcome)
