SEN Teaching Assistant Professional

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a popular Southwark Primary school. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with children with SEN and be able to communicate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in class, providing guidance and support to the class teacher.
- To assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the development of EHCPs.
- To work closely with the SENCo to monitor progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
- To be flexible and proactive in your approach, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
