Join Our Team as Head of Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sustainability to lead our sustainability strategy and drive positive change within our organization.

About the Role

As Head of Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible and socially sustainable. You will work closely with our General Counsel and Executive team to drive business growth while minimizing our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our sustainability strategy, including setting targets and monitoring progress.
  • Lead and manage our sustainability team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of our sustainability goals.
  • Communicate our sustainability story to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and media.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that our sustainability initiatives are integrated into our business practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, NGOs, and government agencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading sustainability initiatives and developing strategic plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
