Join Our Team as a Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Leader to join our team at Whitbread. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our sustainability strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring we meet our environmental and social goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sustainability professionals to deliver our sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading sustainability initiatives and developing strategic plans
  • Strong understanding of environmental and social issues, including climate change, biodiversity, and human rights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
