Join Our Team as a Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Leader to join our team at Whitbread. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our sustainability strategy, driving positive change, and ensuring our business remains at the forefront of environmental and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sustainability professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of our sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations, driving cost savings and reducing environmental impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, NGOs, and government agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on sustainability matters.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading sustainability initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of sustainability best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
