Allen Motor Group is a leading Ford Transit Centre in Northampton, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and repair solutions to its customers. We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team.

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, with an OTE of £44,000.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead our workshop operations, ensuring that service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for allocating work to technicians, maintaining health and safety procedures, and coaching and developing the service team to increase individual competencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Problem solving skills within the role parameters, understanding when to escalate issues
  • Fantastic time keeping and a strong sense of urgency
